Additions

Extensions, garages and second storey work tied into the existing structure.

Basement development

Exterior work

Siding, decks, roofing coordination and weather envelope repairs.

Project coordination

Scheduling trades, pulling permits and keeping suppliers aligned with the build.

How a project runs

Four stages, and you know at every point what happens next and who is on site.

  1. Site visitWe look at the property, talk through what you want and where the constraints are.
  2. Scope and quoteA written breakdown of work, materials and timeline, with the assumptions spelled out.
  3. Permits and schedulingWe handle the paperwork and book the trades in the order the build needs them.
  4. Build and handoverWork proceeds to plan, with a walkthrough and a deficiency list before we call it done.

Where we work

Based in Winkler, working across the Pembina Valley and the surrounding municipalities in southern Manitoba.

Questions we get asked

The things worth knowing before a first conversation.

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes, as long as the work is construction rather than general handyman tasks. A basement, a bathroom or a deck is a normal size for us.

Who pulls the permits?

We do, as part of the project. Permit requirements differ between municipalities in the valley, and that is our job to sort out rather than yours.

How is a quote put together?

After a site visit. The quote lists the work, the materials and the assumptions it rests on, so that any later change has a clear starting point.

Do you work in winter?

Interior work, renovations and basements continue year round. Foundation and exterior work is scheduled around the ground and the weather.

Are you insured?

Yes, and we carry the coverage expected of a residential contractor in Manitoba. Proof is provided with the quote.
